7th Annual Gingerbread House Party

As always...we had a fabulous time at our 7th Annual Gingerbread House party. It was fun to get to know some new families even better. The kids love this night because they get to eat a ton of candy, but I think Cameron learned a lesson this year. As soon as everyone was gone...he got sick because he had eaten TOO MUCH candy. Anyway...it was a great night. Wish we could invite EVERYONE we know and love to this fun night.

Isaac's first Gingerbread Party....he was thrilled as you can see.

Ellie decorating our house...she did most of the decorating this year. She loved it!

Our attempt at a family picture....we forgot to have someone take our picture at the party.

Tis the Season....

Here is the kids pictures with Santa at our Ward Christmas Party. Everyone was very excited to sit on Santa's lap. Kelsey's figured out that this Santa is "just one of Santa's helpers".

For those of you who know Bro. Russell Southworth...the real Santa....it's hard for me to have my kids pictures taken with other Santa's because it just doesn't even come close to him in many ways. We miss him.

Thanksgiving

Here are some pics from Kelsey's Thanksgiving Play that her Kindergarten class put on. There's nothing cuter that a bunch of kindergartners all dressed up like Pilgrims and Indians saying their parts so proudly! Kelsey's eyes just lit up when she realized that after every kid said their part....the audience clapped for that person. When it was her turn...she said her part so well....and then stayed up there just a little longer to enjoy her time in the spotlight and hear the applause for her. She is so funny.

Here she is singing "Over the River and Thru the Woods"

Kelsey's part was "Q is for Quit....something we'll never do! We're determined to carve out a life that is new." We can all recite it because she said it non stop for a few weeks.

After the play we got to make Thanksgiving Trees with Kels.
She is so cute and they only get to be Kindergartners once...it is a special year!
