Halloween fun for all!

We had a fabulous Halloween this year! Blaine's Dad and his family drove from Illinois to spend the day with us so that was fun to have some family here to share it with us. I LOVE our new neighborhood for Trick or Treating. It is perfect. All the houses are really decorated up fun (and some scary) and all the nice people just fuss over the kids and are so nice. I love how excited our kids get for this! We had our traditional Halloween Party with Pin the Tie on the Ghost, Neptune of the Sea, and the Ghost Cake with flaming eyes (always a hit!) In memory of Steve Lundberg--we had some good chili to "scare the ghosts away". Ellie's already asking me if we can do Halloween again!

Cameron the Ninja!

Sorting of the candy--always my favorite part.

Ellie's first haircut...

Ellie decided to give herself a haircut and take two big chunks out of her beautiful long blonde curls. She was wearing pigtails and took scissors to the top of her head and now has two sections on the top of her head that are about 1 inch long. Thankfully--It could have been worse. If I part her hair on the side and comb it over you can't really tell. I think every girl has to do this once. Let's hope its only once.
